A Gathering Spot
The Radicchio Café is a gathering place organizing a community of interest around EVS’ favorite vegetable -- Radicchio.
The Café boasts a kitchen, meeting and demonstration space. The room also can be used as a test kitchen for product development.
To date, several celebrity chefs have cooked and lectured in the Café including:
- Patrick Kuh, author of The Last Days of Haute Cuisine: America’s Culinary Revolution
- Chef Tony Merola, author of Floribbean Flavors; California restaurateur Deemer Dunn
- Angelo Dal Bon of Salo, Italy.
