Celebrate with “The Big Feast” April 24, 2011

SALINAS, CA (February 22, 2011) Easter is one of the holidays associated with big family dinners and the perfect opportunity to explore the delights of la cucina. Italians embrace life’s pleasures with passion, especially good food and good company. Enjoy radicchio with Italian cooking, a sublime art form that all can enjoy, along with some suggestions for an Italian Easter feast. “Buon Appetito!”

Royal Rose Radicchio of Salinas, Calif. is celebrating Easter with a “The Royal Rose Radicchio Big Feast” contest.

National Nutrition Month

National Nutrition Month is a nutrition education and information campaign created by the American Dietetic Association (ADA). The campaign is designed to focus attention on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits.
